Silent Towers
TEHRAN – (Iranart)- he last day of a nameless realm is depicted in a play written and directed by theater director Zahra Shayanfar. Titled ‘Silent Towers,’ the play opened August 13 at Tehran’s Mehrab Hall and will run through August 29, starting at 7:30 pm. A total of 12 thespians perform the play
Major roles are played by Shahram Nikkar, Farhad Shokrollahzadeh, Monireh Cheraghi, Siavash Qaleverdi, Sahand Adam Aref and Ali Reza Rahimdel. Silent Towers is the story of a few lofty individuals engrossed in games of power. They resort to violence on the last day of their rule, Shayanfar told Honaronline. Mehrab Hall is located at the intersection of Valiasr Avenue and Imam Khomeini Street.
