Documentary on Blind Weavers for US Event
TEHRAN –(Iranart)- ranian documentary ‘Weavers of Dream’ will be shown at the first edition of Sunrise 45 Film, Music and Art Festival, August 18-20, in the US city of Alpena, Michigan.
Directed by Seyed Mohammad-Sadeq Jafari, it is produced by the Documentary and Experimental Film Center and will be shown in the competition section of the American festival, Mehr News Agency reported.
The 30-minute documentary depicts the life of blind people who devise a Braille plan for weaving a carpet and enjoy the happy moments of their lives.
It was also recently selected by the Calcutta International Cult Film Festival of India as its July-August movie.
