Lisa Jewell’s “Then She Was Gone” published in Persian
TEHRAN.(Iranart) – Internationally bestselling author Lisa Jewell’s 2017 novel “Then She Was Gone” has recently been published in Persian in Tehran.
Translated by Ali Shahmoradi, the book tells the story of Ellie, a 15-year-old girl who disappears unexpectedly. Her mother, Laurel, has never given up hope of finding her even after ten years, until she meets a nine-year-old girl, who looks like Ellie.
Khazeh and Sang Publications has released the book, which was the New York Times Bestseller in 2017 and nominated for Goodreads Choice Award in 2018.
