What’s in Tehran art galleries
TEHRAN.(Iranart) – Artland Gallery is showcasing sculptures and paintings by a number of celebrated Iranian artists, including Iran Darudi, Hannibal Alkhas, Jazeh Tabatabai, Farshid Shiva, Manuchehr Niazi and Parisa Pegah.
The exhibit has been organized in collaboration with the Children of Heaven Charity Institute to raise funds for children with disabilities.
Entitled “By the Sky Color”, the exhibit will run until December 2 at the gallery located at 4 Safa Alley, Kachui St. in the Evin neighborhood.
Multimedia
* Samad Qorbanzadeh is displaying a collection of photos and sets of installation art in an exhibition at Dena Gallery.
The exhibition titled “The Parallel Anxiety” will run until December 10 at the gallery located at 4 Sussan Alley off Qarani St.
* An exhibition of paintings and photos by a group of artists, including Akram Ebtekar, Melika Farhadi, Saba Safi, Maryam Hosseini, Elaheh Sadeqi and Mohammad Hashemi, is currently underway at White Line Gallery.
The exhibit runs until December 10 at the gallery located at 22 Parvin Alley, off Jame Jam St. off Vali-e Asr Ave.
* An exhibition of photos and videos by Roshanak Sadr is underway at Atbin Gallery.
The exhibition named “Dies Seated” will run until December 11 at the gallery located at 42 Khakzad Alley, Vali-e Asr Ave near the Parkway Intersection.
Painting
* Paintings by Alireza Chamak are currently on display in an exhibition at Negar Gallery.
The exhibit titled “Away in the Distance” runs until December 10 at the gallery that can be found at 33 Delaram Alley, Roshanai St. in the Qeitarieh neighborhood.
* Paintings by Hamid Bahrami are on display in an exhibition at Homa Gallery.
The exhibit named “Chroma Key” will be running until December 11 at the gallery located at No. 8, Fourth Alley, Sanai St., Karim Khan Ave.
* Delgosha Gallery is playing host to an exhibition of paintings by Mostafa Sarabi.
The exhibit entitled “Angles of Chandelier” will continue until December 12 at the gallery located at 30 Mohajer Alley, Iranshahr St., Karim Khan Ave.
* Paintings by Solmaz Heshmati are on view in an exhibition at Elaheh Gallery.
The exhibit titled “State of Emergency” will be running until December 10 at the gallery, which can be found at 47 Golfam St., off Africa Ave.
Illustration
* Sets of illustration art by Bahareh Karimi and Mahsa Rajabi are on display in an exhibition at Shalman Gallery.
The exhibit entitled “Wandering” runs until December 6 at the gallery located at 7 Kavusi Alley, West Rudbar St., off Mirdamad Blvd.
Video art
* An exhibition displaying sets of video art by Ali Ettehad is currently underway at Fereshteh Gallery.
The exhibit named “You Were Here” will be running until December 7 at the gallery located at 1671 near Sadr Bridge, Shariati Ave.
