Majidi’s “Muhammad” on screen in remote Iranian cities
TEHRAN. (Iranart) – “Muhammad, the Messenger of God”, Majid Majidi’s epic about the childhood of the Prophet of Islam (S), is on screen for free in 45 remote Iranian cities.
The screenings have been organized by the Iranian Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance to celebrate the birthday of Prophet Muhammad (S), which will be on November 25.
A number of movie theaters in Tehran also plan to arrange some special screenings of the movie at a discount.
