Works Influenced by Simplicity
TEHRAN.(Iranart) – A n exhibition of paintings of Italy-based Iranian theater director and actress Shahrou Kheradmand opened at CAMA Art Gallery on Friday.
Dubbed “Water and Soil” it is the second exhibition of Keradmand in Iran which includes 13 paintings, acrylic on canvas, Honaronline reported on its Persian website.
Kheradmand, 77, is mostly known for her theatrical works and the workshops she held in the field.
In a talk with Honaronline last year when she held her first exhibit at “A” Gallery in Tehran, she said her works are usually inspired by minimalist works of veteran visual artist and painter Fereydoun Ave, 72.
Located at No. 44, 10th Golestan St., Pasdaran St., the gallery will host the works for two weeks.
