Legendary Roman Leader
TEHRAN – (Iranart)- A n adaptation of the screenplay ‘Coriolanus’ by William Shakespeare is underway at the Independent Theater in Tehran and will run through November 21.
The tragedy ‘Coriolanus’ is based on the life of the legendary Roman leader Caius Marcius Coriolanus. Adaptation of the play is co-written by Hamed Asgharzadeh and Javad Ebrahiminejad.
Directed by Asqarzadeh, the cast includes Amir Shams, Fereydoun Abaspour, Mona Sharifi, Fatemeh Ahmadi and Esmaeil Kamali-Dehghan, Tiwall.com reported.
