TEHRAN.(Iranart) – Three Iranian films will go on screen in the various sections of the 40th Denver Film Festival, which will open in the capital city of Colorado in the United States on Wednesday.

“Disappearance” by Ali Asgari will be screened in the official competition, while “Animal”, co-directed by Bahram and Bahman Ark, and “Retouch” by Kaveh Mazaheri will compete in the short film section.

“Disappearance” is set on a cold winter night in Tehran where a couple of young lovers run into a serious problem. They have just a few hours to come up with a solution.
