“Weavers of Imagination” to compete in two intl. festivals
TEHRAN.(Iranart) – Iranian documentarian Mohammad-Sadeq Jafari’s “Weavers of Imagination” will be screened at two international festivals in Morocco and Romania, Iran’s Documentary and Experimental Film Center (DEFC) announced on Tuesday.
The film will first go on screen at the Ouarzazate International Film Festival, which will be held in the Moroccan city from September 18 to 23.
“Weavers of Imagination” has also been selected for the 5th Zlatna International Ethnographic Film Festival, which will run in the Romanian city from September 22 to 24.
A DEFC production, “Weavers of Imagination” tells the story of several blind carpet weavers who spend happy times when they get together.
