TEHRAN.(Iranart) – American Institute of Graphic Arts in Philadelphia is presenting a collection of works by Tehran-born, Philadelphia-based artist and designer Mehdi Saeedi.
At the show titled “From Contour to Calligraphy” there are 38 posters the artist has designed during the past 20 years, ISNA reported.
In his works Saeedi uses his experience in graphic design, Persian calligraphy and typography to transform Farsi letters into a variety of forms and shapes, rendering unique concepts in graphic designing.
