Iranian painter Vesta Kaviani wins award at Italy’s Arte Padova
TEHRAN.(Iranart) – Iranian painter Vesta Kaviani is among the six artists who won a silver recognition plate at the 28th edition of the Arte Padova, the acclaimed Modern and Contemporary Art Fair in Padua, Italy.
Kaviani received the prize for her expressionist painting titled “Unconscious Birth” at the art fair, which was held in the Italian city from November 10 to 13, the organizers announced.
Stefano Galardi, Antonio Moresco, Enea Romanelli, Raffaella Torrisi and Michela Roffarè were other winners of the prize.
The top prize of the Arte Padova went to Italian artist Antonio Gandossi for his painting entitled “You Can Read, Read, Read”.
The Arte Padova is one of the most anticipated art fairs in Italy, which every year showcases works by Italian artists and others from around the world. It also attracts visitors from all over the world.
