TEHRAN.(Iranart) - A t his latest solo exhibit at Homa Gallery, avant-garde calligrapher, painter and sculptor Ali Reza Astaneh, 35, has again broken the formalistic tradition of calligraphic painting.
His approach is minimal. In the displayed works Astaneh seeks to show the connection between the calligrapher and his past, Gallery Info reported.
The exhibit will conclude on October 31. Enthusiasts can visit the gallery 11 am-7 pm. The venue is located at No. 8, 4th Alley, Sanaee Street, Karim Khan Avenue.
