Flamenco at Charchoub Center
TEHRAN. (Iranart) -C harchoub Center for Art and Culture will host a flamenco performance on July 24 featuring the flamenco duet Duende.
Reza Alinavaz performs cante and toque (singing and playing guitar). Mostafa Hatamizadeh is on percussion. They will shift between various flamenco rhythms and styles, according to Tiwall.com where the tickets are available.
Duende will perform pieces in the flamenco styles, namely granaina, farruca, sevillanas, tango, zapateado, bulerias, rumba, no volvere, tarantas, a mi manera, zambra improvisation and volare. It is a 90-minute program. Charchoub Center is located at No. 876, Enqelab Avenue, near College Junction.
