TEHRAN.(Iranart) -- T icket prices for the 33rd Fajr International Music Festival (Jan. 10-20) were announced by organizers on Sunday.
According to the event website fajrmusicfestival.com, 90 performances are scheduled at six venues across Tehran, namely Azadi and Milad towers, Niavaran Cultural Center, Iranian Conference Hall along with Roudaki Hall and Vahdat Hall.
Most of orchestral performances will take place at Vahdat and Roudaki, both located on Shahryar Blvd., Hafez Street, south of Enqelab Avenue. Tickets for the performances planned at Vahdat, range between 300,000 and 900,000 rials ($7-21). Prices for Roudaki range between 500,000 and 800,000 rials ($11.7-18.7), Mehr News Agency reported.
Most of ethnic and fusion concerts will take place at Azadi Tower. Tickets will cost 500,000 to 600,000 rials ($11.7-14). The same price range is for tickets to concerts at Niavaran Cultural Center where classical and traditional performances will be staged.
Iranian Conference Hall is a newly-built auditorium that has joined Fajr Music Festival venues this year. The hall will host pop concerts whose tickets are between 500,000 and 900,000 rials ($11.7-21).
The only concert to be staged at Milad Tower will be by classical singer Ali Zand-Vakili. The concert will be held on January 10 and each ticket costs 350,000 to 950,000 rials ($8-22) depending on the seating arrangement. Tickets are available at Iranconcert.com and 3670.ir.
