Three Extra Nights Added to Schiller Concert

TEHRAN –(Iranart)- T he German electronic music band Schiller concert at the Ministry of Interior Auditorium in Tehran has been extended for three more nights due to high public demand.

The concert was initially arranged for December 11-12 but tickets were sold out in two days. Now tickets are available for December 13-15 as well on Tik8.com.

According to the event organizer Ritmeno.ir (a local music news website), the band will perform a selection of their best instrumental works.

Schiller, named after the German poet and dramatist Friedrich Schiller, was formed by Christopher von Deylen and Mirko von Schlieffen in 1998. Their first single ‘Glockenspiel’ was a great success in Germany. Around 2001 or 2002, von Schlieffen left, leaving von Deylen the sole member.

Von Deylen does not provide any vocals for Schiller productions himself. Vocals are sung by guest artists. However, for the Tehran concert Von Deylen will only perform the instrumental pieces.

The concert venue is located at Shahid Gomnam St., Fatemi Sqaure.
