One Story, Three Narrators
TEHRAN.(Iranart) – P ersian leopard is listed as endangered on the International Union for the Conservation of Nature's Red List; its population is estimated to be 871-1,290 mature individuals and considered declining.
Another recently released Persian title 'Bullet and the Leopard' written by Mehdi Rajabi and printed by Fanni Publications for young children focuses on its illegal hunting. Set in Iran during the Qajar era (1785-1925), the story has three narrators: the hunter, the leopard and the bullet, Mehr News Agency reported. The 40-page title has been illustrated by Majid Fakhar-Zavareh.
