Across Golestan Province
TEHRAN.(Iranart) – K olbeh Tour, a travel agency in the city of Minudasht, Golestan Province, has organized a tour to the northeastern province, with several programs tucked tight into a couple of days.
The tour leaves Tehran November 8, at 10 pm and will arrive in Chehelchay Forest, Minudasht County for breakfast the day after.
Thursday will be a long day with visits to Lowe Waterfall in the forest and Qabus Tower in the city of Gonbad, lunch, paragliding, night-stay at the Chehelchay Eco-Camp, barbecue and group games.
A trip to Gokcheh Dagh hills of Turkmen-Sahra near the border with Turkmenistan is planned for the next day. There the group will visit ancient cemeteries with standing gravestones and the mausoleum of Khalid Nabi, a pre-Islamic prophet whose history is merged with myths.
