Iranian filmmakers to attend workshops at Tampere festival
TEHRAN –(Iranart)- Ten Iranian filmmakers will be selected by the Iranian Youth Cinema Society (IYCS) to attend workshops, which are scheduled to be organized during the Tampere Film Festival in the Finnish city, the IYCS announced on Wednesday.
The program entitled Bootcamp offers young filmmakers an intensive five-day training course of workshops and master classes.
Selected filmmakers are allowed to introduce their short films during review sessions, which will be organized at the event.
Over seventy filmmakers from Iran, China, Germany, Estonia and Finland are expected to attend the Bootcamp workshops and master classes of the festival, which will run from March 6 to 10, 2019.
